About the job

  • Provides advice to Sales and Real Estate teams about technical feasibility timings and cost of projects.
  • Personally or supported by external collaborators executes kick off meetings and site surveys develops drawings collects technical data and provides briefing (initialization package) to the store planning team including legal and operational requirements.
  • Collects and consolidate layout feedback from the parties (landlord market partner) aligned and with concept guidelines and the approved budget.
  • Follow up the defined time schedule to ensure that each activity is organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POP opening.
  • Monitor the budget of each project to respect the initial approved amounts.
  • Supervises the external consultants and drive them to achieve the team goals.
  • Performs personally or though external collaborators formal handovers to the sales team.
  • Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity.
  • Implement global maintenance procedures manuals guidelines tools and policies to ensure local roll out within defined KPIs in terms of quality and costs.
  • Vendor management (facilities service providers warehouse lighting supplier etc)
  • Perform personally or through third parties regular audits to ensure that look & feel of distribution is according to the branding standards.

About you

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English language
  • Intermediate Spanish
