Position Overview
The Corporate Quality Systems team plays a key role in operating and developing the global Quality Management System ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
By joining an international team of experts you will have the opportunity to shape critical processes establish global standards and support audit readiness.
Main Responsibilities:
Interpret apply and further develop the companys quality assurance standards
Collect and analyze data to measure and manage process performance
Prepare recommend and follow up on improvement initiatives
Develop new standards and procedures as well as improve existing ones in collaboration with various departments (e.g. Production QA QC)
Design and maintain transparent workflows and systems
Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Implement and enhance GMP guidelines to strengthen the Quality Management System
Develop training materials and roll-out plans for global implementation
Participate in various projects and act as an expert during audits
Take ownership of global quality systems (e.g. Trackwise myProcess vLMS)
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably across multiple quality areas (operations experience is an advantage)
Practical knowledge in analytical assurance quality control activities and data review
Educational background in chemistry or related sciences (e.g. Pharmacy Chemical Engineering)
Strong cGMP and pharmaceutical knowledge; FDA/EMA experience preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
