岗位职责
- 三坐标测量与编程在海克斯康 CMM 上完成探头标定坐标系建立路径规划对齐与扫描使用 PCDMIS 编写调试与批量执行测量程序维护报告模板并输出规范报告含尺寸形位公差统计摘要
- PolyWorks 数据分析使用 PolyWorks/Inspector 进行点云/网格比对偏差分析趋势分析与可视化报告必要时与 CAD 数模进行对比
- 文件与体系编写/更新测量作业指导书SOP程序清单与报告模板
- 设备维护负责量具与设备的日常点检环境控制与外部校准的协调保障测量能力稳定
- 安全与5S严格遵守 EHS 要求维持工位与设备的 5S 状态
任职资格必须
- 中专/大专及以上机械/测量/材料/数控等相关专业
- 三坐标测量相关工作 3 年及以上优秀者可放宽至 2 年
- 熟练操作 海克斯康三坐标熟练使用 PCDMIS含对齐策略测头管理扫描与特征评估批量执行与报告配置
- 能独立使用 PolyWorks/Inspector 开展偏差分析与可视化报告
- 能读懂机械工程图熟悉 GD&T 与相关国家/国际标准GB/TISO 或 ASME Y14.5
- 能适应轮班与必要的加班安排
- 良好的问题分析与沟通协作能力严谨细致自我驱动
加分项优先考虑
- 具有3D扫描检测等尺寸检测经验者优先
- 具备英语读写能力用于软件/图纸/外部报告交流
