As an Associate in the APAC Payments Transformation and Execution team you will be instrumental in advancing our Global Payments business by driving change and execution excellence across Asia. Our team leads and executes projects that align with strategic goals of the Payments Business collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our product and client agenda meets global and regional priorities. This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in project management process optimization and technology integration to deliver innovative solutions enhance client experience and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify growth efficiency and innovation opportunities within the Payments landscape.
• Conduct data mining and quantitative analyses to uncover trends and insights.
• Perform root cause analysis to develop informed solutions.
• Lead transformation projects from inception to completion including organizational changes and process optimizations.
• Develop business cases define project scope and manage project execution/governance.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline activities to promote sustainable and scalable operations.
• Implement enhancements to operating models and workflows to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risks of new initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.

• Familiarity with APAC markets and regional business practices.
• Knowledge of blockchain AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx.
