Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a lawyer for our Intellectual Property area in the Lisbon office.
Requirements
- Law degree and specialization studies in the area of intellectual/industrial property (e.g. masters postgraduate etc.).
- At least 6 years PQE (post-qualified experience) in intellectual/industrial property including advice on applications/registrations and in judicial/extrajudicial procedures relating to trademarks designs patents copyright unfair competition and business secrets. Experience in data protection and new technologies will be valued.
- Native level of Portuguese.
- A high level of English is essential.
- A good level of Spanish is valued.
