Join our production landscape and irrigation team at Micks as a Driver/Crew Leader and take the next step toward leadership and long-term growth. This role is for individuals who can safely operate company vehicles lead crews in the field and manage job sites across multiple scopes of work.

We are looking for dependable leaders who understand that production landscaping requires versatility accountability and teamwork. If you can lead from the front and get the job done right this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company trucks and transport crews tools and materials to and from job sites
Lead and execute production landscape projects including irrigation sod installation plant installation and tree installation
Direct daily crew activities to ensure productivity quality and safety standards are met
Manage job sites and coordinate tasks across multiple scopes of work
Communicate effectively with office staff project managers and field supervisors
Maintain job site organization cleanliness and efficiency
Ensure crews follow company procedures schedules and expectations

Requirements

Valid Texas drivers license
CDL not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Proven experience in production landscaping irrigation sod installation or related field work
Prior crew leadership or lead role experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Reliable accountable and able to lead by example

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturdays as needed
