Job Summary
Tasks
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from Googles security tools to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security measures to protect systems and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents providing detailed reports and recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security operations processes procedures and incident response protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations with a focus on Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 NIST and SOC 2.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
