Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mandatory:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order entry fulfillment billing and dispute resolution.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management to process track and maintain customer orders accurately.
Optional:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SFDC to handle RMAs disputes and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure timely order processing compliance with business policies and resolution of order-related issues.
