Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in leaded and lead-free soldering of IC packages such as QFP QFN DFN TSSOP and SIOC with strong capability in soldering and rework of SMD components down to 0201/0402 sizes. Proficient in precise PCB assembly inspection and correction of soldering defects while strictly adhering to ESD safety and quality standards.
