Join our team as the Infusion Operations Manager where youll oversee daily operations for Intake Clinical Technician and Documentation teams supporting both home infusion and Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) patients. Reporting to the Director of Operations youll ensure patients are efficiently admitted to care coordinate with referral sources and support financial and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include process improvement staff supervision reporting payer audits and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership organizational and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Must be able to read write speak and understand the English Language
  • Work Experience: Seven years of healthcare progressive experience home infusion experience preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum$31.96/hour - Maximum$55.95/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
