VP Strategy - London
What youll be responsible for:
As Vice President of Strategy youll be a key member of the leadership team shaping strategic direction and driving execution across the organization. You will:
- Define and own the companys strategic vision and roadmap in partnership with the C-suite
- Lead strategic planning cycles business reviews and long-term planning initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities market expansion and growth initiatives
- Build and lead high-performing strategy teams
- Partner with functional leaders (Product Sales Marketing Operations) to align strategy with execution
- Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making
- Present strategic recommendations and business cases to the Board and senior leadership
- Drive strategic initiatives from conception through execution
Youll be a strong match if you have:
- Previous experience in consulting (MBB Big 4 or boutique firms)
- 815 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading strategy functions or teams
- Experience advising or working directly with C-suite executives and Boards
- Strong analytical and business modeling capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
- Experience in high-growth or scaling companies is a plus
