Position Title: Service Desk Engineer
Work Set-up: Work Onsite/Work from Office
Schedule: 3 days work 3 days off; 6-6 Day/Night
Salary: Php 18000.00 Php 20000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SERVICE DESK ENGINEER
Your Responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer would be:
Monitor alerts via Slack and email and respond in a timely manner
Manage queries via email and chat regarding IT issues and questions.
Communicate progress in a timely manner to all relevant parties.
Gather and record all relevant issue details to submit for second level support when needed.
Document technical efforts and create KB articles when new information is learned.
Be available to work 24x7.
Qualifications as a Service Desk Engineer:
Basic knowledge of working with Linux environments working in the terminal and a basic understanding of Windows servers and general networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service ability.
SD experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage queries via email and chat regarding IT issues and questions.
Ability to gather and record all relevant issue details to submit for second-level support when needed.
Ability to communicate progress in a timely manner.
Ability to create KB articles when new information is learned.
Amenable to work 24x7
