Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening selection offer roll-out joining formalities onboarding induction & orientation.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals such as Naukri LinkedIn Monster and other social media platforms.
- Experience in handling Training & Development programs.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records including personnel files.
- Conduct interviews via phone video and in-person as required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
- Participate in job fairs campus hiring and organize in-house recruitment events.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational coordination and follow-up abilities.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience in Non-IT recruitment especially Pharma industry hiring will be considered a strong advantage.
