The Position
Join a supportive team providing counselling supports to carers (both adults and young people) on an individual basis as well as in group settings. This position aims to strengthen a carers ability and capacity to support the person with a serious and persistent mental illness to live in the community and to maintain and improve their quality of life and to promote the carers/familys own wellbeing.
