Multi-Channel SourcingEmployee Referrals: Drive internal referral programs by engaging with current employees and managing the referral Recruitment: Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring drives maintaining relationships with placement cells and coordinating with student & Vendor Sourcing: Utilize job portals social media (LinkedIn) and non-vendor channels to find active talent. Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure a steady flow of profiles.2. Candidate Assessment & Ground EngagementConnect with applicants on the groundconducting initial screenings phone interviews and face-to-face candidates based on a minimum threshold defined for specific business the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the final assessment.3. Process ManagementMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment interviews and coordinate between hiring managers and a high conversion rate from sourcing to final selection by properly vetting candidates early in the ProfileEducation: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any : * Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal skills with a people-first energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).Mindset: A quick learner who is comfortable with on-the-ground execution and meeting daily sourcing in it for YouHands-on Learning: Exposure to various recruitment models (Campus Volume hiring Referral).Professional Growth: Mentorship from seasoned HR : Opportunity to build a vast professional network in the Pune corporate hub.
