Purpose of this position /Role
The position is for an in-house SAP team lead reporting to IT head
1) To manage end user support for SAP modules like MM PP SD FI CO PS QM PMSuccessFactors
2) Design and deliver SAP CRs for through of In-house team and AMS partner
3) Support Data Requirements for various audit
4) Manage Data sharing with external non-SAP applications like CRM Analytics and AI based initiatives

The ideal candidate will support projects in both EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) and Pharma (Pharmaceutical) environments by configuring developing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet diverse business requirements.

Perform system testing troubleshooting and support for multi-module SAP implementations in regulated environments.
Analyse Business requirements and design solution for SAP HANA SAP (SD PS MM FICO QM PP Solman).
Manage timelines for solution delivery
Manage documentation user manuals and training materials for all configured modules ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Utilize SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring change management and support desk
Guide and train inhouse team into SAP skill building
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in information technology Computer Science or related field.
10 years of hands-on SAP experience in either SD MM modules
Secondary experience / in depth working experience in FI CO QM PP and Solman modules.
Strong understanding of cross-module integration and business process optimization in EPC and Pharma sectors.
Understanding of RICEF and programming logic
Technical troubleshooting.
Design thinking approach.
Having worked on multiple project implementation and also multiyear experience in support.
Process industry/ Pharma SAP experience is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Experience as in house SAP support team
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation upgrade Support projects.
Knowledge /experience in other ERP products like Navision is advantageous
