So what are we looking for

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for our Pune location whose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. What are your responsibilities

Lead the design development and integration of AI/ML solutions into business workflows.
Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
Build test and deploy advanced AI tools including chatbots labor estimation systems and predictive models.
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to enhance system efficiency scalability and robustness.
Mentor and train junior data scientists and engineers in AI/ML best practices and frameworks.
Design and deploy APIs and data pipelines to support AI-driven solutions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis feature engineering and model evaluation to drive business insights.
Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research tools and technologies to inform strategy.
Perform other tasks as assigned to drive the companys AI initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count

5 years in data science AI/ML or related fields with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python R or equivalent programming languages; familiarity with C# or web development frameworks is a plus.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service or Hugging Face.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
Strong skills in statistical modeling machine learning deep learning and data engineering.
Experience with APIs web services and integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Business Central or ability to quickly learn related systems is a plus.
Experience building end-to-end agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude adaptability and eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.
