As an Operations Specialist youre the technical backbone of our customer success. While our sales and customer success teams are out front building relationships youre ensuring that every technical piece of Karma OS works perfectly behind the scenes.
Youll be responsible for:
Technical Implementation & Configuration
Configure and set up Karma POS terminals payment systems and printers for new customers
Build and structure complex menu systems with products modifiers bundles and scheduled pricing
Set up user roles permissions and multi-location hierarchies
Configure Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen
Install and test QR ordering systems kiosks and various device types (tablets laptops payment terminals)
Support & Problem-Solving
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during and after implementation
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the Karma OS platform
Manage KYC signups and payment system integrations
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
System Optimization
Work with loyalty programs promotions and dynamic pricing configurations
Set up email marketing capabilities and reporting structures (Z X SIE reports)
Ensure proper syncing across devices and real-time data flow
Document technical processes and create internal knowledge resources
Collaboration
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and technical challenges
Support the sales team with technical scoping and feasibility assessments
This role requires some flexibility - you may occasionally need to be on-site with customers during installations work evenings or weekends for go-lives and be available on-call for critical technical support.
This isnt just a backend technical role - its your launchpad to owning the entire customer journey.
Youll start by mastering the technical foundation but as you prove yourself youll gradually transition from background implementation to frontline project management. Youll move from configuring systems to leading customer go-lives managing timelines and becoming the strategic advisor helping restaurants maximize their success with Karma.

2 years in technical operations implementation IT support or similar customer-facing technical roles
Experience with POS systems payment terminals or restaurant technology is a strong plus
Comfortable with software configuration troubleshooting and learning new technical systems quickly
Fluent in Swedish and English
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable with some travel within Sweden for on-site installations
Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is a bonus but not required
