The Opportunity

As a Service Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT platforms to our internal and external stakeholders. Your accountability will encompass the management of infrastructure and application operations alongside oversight of vulnerabilities performance health security and compliance. While not technically responsible for these areas your mission in to ensure that all this topics are set up and are reviewed on a regular basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate releases & changes in all test & production environments
Build and evolutions of platform infrastructure & services based on GCP & Private Cloud
Support new customer projects & existing customers on the platform
Provide solution tooling & automation to devops squads
Make evolve the platform as per internal strategy regulation & security standard

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

5 years of experience with Java (application development & production support databases system network security) and strong expertise in development and production/platform management and/or integration
Good communication and facilitator skills
Experience in project management required
Good knowledge on ITIL release and change management processes
Supportive positive persistent empathic
