Main responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of LSPs from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on time and complete deliveries and efficient execution of Logistics requirements such as inbound receiving order picking delivery etc.;

• Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers i.e. Customer Service CDT SNP LSPs and LLP;

• Execute data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements to support transportation warehousing and logistics procurement;

• Identify improvements on both the CP and LSP sides to drive efficiencies and cost savings;

• Manage the process for maintaining system data as it relates to departmental needs to assure accuracy and reliability;

• Supply data and analysis to support the business decisions and budgeting processes;

• Ensure Colgate financial policies SOX procedures quality audits and inventory management are followed;

• Ensure that all local regulations are met and that products are received and shipped to meet customer requirements;

• Coordinate preparation of all required documents related to the finished goods warehouse;

• Reconciles inventory variances between CP and LSP systems;

• Tracks / monitors the interface between systems and resolves connectivity issues ensuring that all orders are transmitted and processed;

• Supports network optimization modelling process through data collection population and utilization of decision support software;

• Conduct physical inventory counts and LSP audits on a periodic basis;

• Manage pallet process;

• Validate and approve invoices for payment.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in German is a requirement

• Ability to manage by exception

• Excellent problem solving skills

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company

• A Master degree in logistics or similar area will be an asset

• Solid understanding and working experience with SAP will be an asset

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Results oriented approach

• High degree of accuracy and attention to details

• Ability to work within a larger team.

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel G-suite is an asset

What we can offer:

• Salary Range: 7800PLN - 10 000PLN gross per month

• Salary payment frequency: monthly

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
