Main responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities Monitoring the performance of LSPs from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on-time and complete deliveries;
• Ensuring the efficient execution of Logistics requirements such as inbound receiving order picking delivery etc.;
• Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers i.e. Customer Service CDT SNP LSPs and LLP;
• Ensure Colgate financial policies SOX procedures quality audits and inventory management are followed;
• Ensure that all local regulations are met and that products are received and shipped to meet customer requirements;
• Reconciles inventory variances between CP and LSP systems;
• Conduct physical inventory counts and LSP audits on a periodic basis;
• Manage pallet process.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in German is a requirement
• Ability to manage by exception Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented approach
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Good knowledge of MS Excel G-suite is an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company be an asset
• Bachelor degree in logistics or similar area will be an asset
• Working experience with SAP or another ERP will be an asset.

What we can offer:

• Salary Range: 7800PLN - 10 000PLN gross per month

• Salary payment frequency: monthly

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
