As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for directing maintenance activities and maintaining site assets to ensure safe efficient and reliable facility operations. This role supports manufacturing and packaging by leading preventive and corrective maintenance minimizing downtime controlling costs and supervising maintenance personnel.

Direct maintenance and mechanical repair activities to maintain site assets and ensure the operability of all facility equipment. This role is responsible for safe reliable operations through preventive maintenance troubleshooting cost control and continuous improvement with minimal supervision.
Direct and coordinate preventive corrective and emergency maintenance activities
Maintain facility equipment and systems to support manufacturing and packaging operations
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and operational issues impacting production schedules
Develop and maintain the preventive maintenance program using the CMMS system
Monitor maintenance expenditures and support operating and capital budget objectives
Prepare and submit KPIs operating reports and required documentation
Support plant safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Lead communicate with and support maintenance employees and contractors
Collaborate with operations engineering and other departments as needed
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Provide off-shift and weekend coverage as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; 13 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred
Strong technical background in industrial maintenance including refrigeration electrical systems fluid power robotics and PLCs
Working knowledge of processing packaging freezing environmental and boiler operations
Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in a manufacturing environment
Experience with preventive maintenance programs work order systems and cost control
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to safety GMP and food safety requirements
Flexibility to support operational needs including weekends and schedule adjustments

Compensation Package:$65500.00 - $87400.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
