What Youll Do
- Drive sales performance in a fast-moving operation where speed and execution matter
- Lead daily sales activity and push hard to exceed revenue targets
- Build grow and dominate relationships with freight forwarders and key accounts
- Hunt for new business and turn opportunities into revenue
- Stay ahead of market trends pricing and competitors
- Work closely with operations to deliver fast reliable cargo solutions
Qualifications What You Bring
- 35 years of proven sales success in logistics cargo or freight forwarding
- Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-first mindset
- Solid knowledge of cargo services pricing and documentation
