Interim HealthCare is offering a great Baylor Program opportunity for RNs in the Chicagoland area with Home Health expertise!
- Seeking RN support Northern territory
- Seeking RN support Southern territory
What We Offer:
- Earn up to $2400.00 per week with a two (2) or three (3) day schedule
- Mileage reimbursement
- All equipment provided
Must Haves:
- RN license from an accredited nursing program
- Licensed and reside in the State of Illinois
- Home Health experience Conducts multiple patients visits each scheduled workday
- OASIS SOC experience highly preferred
- Ability to provide ROCs Revisits and PRNs on scheduled workdays
- Ability to provide a firm work schedule at least six (6) weeks in advance
- Able to attend three (3) day onsite orientation
- Reliable vehicle w/ valid auto insurance
