- Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrityhealth and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role: As a Website Developer at Syngene the Candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the companys web platforms to ensure optimal performance usability and alignment with business and marketing objectives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Marketing and Communications to deliver engaging responsive and secure web experiences.
Role Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain Syngenes corporate and microsites using Angular React JS HTML CSS JavaScript PHP and CMS platforms like Drupal or WordPress.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement UI/UX best practices and innovative features that support campaigns lead generation and brand positioning.
- Integrate backend services and databases to support dynamic content and user interactions.
- Optimize website performance and load times and proactively monitor and resolve issues related to uptime security and analytics.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Manage CMS workflows and ensure timely content updates.
- Ensure website compliance with brand guidelines legal and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR ADA) and accessibility best practices.
- Implement and manage analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track user engagement traffic and conversion metrics and prepare regular reports for marketing and leadership teams.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and website trends technologies and tools.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as web hosting providers SEO consultants and design agencies.
- Liaise with IT and web development teams for website functionality security and technical improvements.
- Manage integrations with CRM marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Application Security
- Website implementation/enhancements should be made by following good coding practice as per global standards.
- Monitor website security and coordinate with IT on backups patches and vulnerability management.
- Prepare and maintain the repository of required documentation for implementations/enhancements.
- Other Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of coding languages and systems.
- Ability to work independently prioritise well multitask and manage time efficiently.

Experience: Fully autonomous relevant experience in Website development maintenance and CMS (Content Management System).
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer Application (MCA).
