What youll build

We are looking for new employees to join the Global Delivery Hub. Our organisation isstrategically assembled to deliver high-quality end-to-end service delivery and expertise in full alignment with our SAP Services and Support portfolio focusing on driving adoption ensuring excellence in service delivery and accelerating customer value.

The following is an outline of the main tasks & responsibilities involved in this role:

• Deliver Success Plan & Professional services as a lead and team member
• Drive the adoption of SAP products technologies & AI
• Help customers transition to modern cloud based architectures for data & analytics
• Collaborate with colleagues across organisations to ensure project/customer/partner success
• Share technical knowledge & help upskill colleagues
• Fulfil de-escalation and trusted advisor roles

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate effectively with executives and technical resources alike

• Experience working onsite directly with customers & partners

Where you belong

You will work in a highly motivated and international team consisting of both young and experienced colleagues. Our team primarily focuses on a 360-degree assessment our customers SAP solutions: This includes functional and technical design including integration of different solutions performance of critical processes assessment of implementation and upgrade plans and monitoring during testing and Go Live.

In the Global Delivery Hub we help our customers in SAP software adoption and ensure that they can successfully plan implement integrate and operate their software including quality management problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
