The Group Transformation team leads CEVAs strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance HR productivity initiatives savings plan etc.). We are looking for an intern to join the Control Tower team which serves as the central hub for monitoring analyzing and steering the Groups strategic initiatives.

This internship provides direct exposure to the C-Level Executive Committee and the Management Team within a team composed of former top-tier strategy consultants. It is an excellent entry point into the world of strategy consulting offering similar opportunities in terms of learning problem-solving and high-level impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit (KPIs reporting dashboards).
2. Consolidate and analyze data from Finance HR and Transformation programs.
3. Prepare strategic analyses executive presentations and synthesis materials for the CEO CFO CHRO and other members of the Management Team.
4. Support the governance framework: assisting with data collection from project managers structuring processes and tracking updates.
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects (benchmarking cross-functional analyses workshop preparation).

Knowledge Experience & Skills

Education: Final-year student from a top business school engineering school or equivalent university program with a specialization in management strategy finance or data.

Technical Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI Qlik or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and structuring abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights. Team-oriented curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment.
