We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Wuxi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up the annual preventive maintenance plan and implement it to ensure all equipments are in good conditions to fulfill production plan at all time.
Manage and instruct maintenance daily inspection and maintenance of machines to reduce breakdown rate and to improve safety performance.
Manage Plant facility activities plan and control cost effectively.
Manage and coordinate the activities of mechanical electrical and facility team.
Manage the maintenance software precisely and effectively.
Continuously improve the equipments production lines Plant facilities and manage related projects.
Asset management.
Lead digitalization projects.
Other jobs assigned by superior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

More than 5 years in a foreign manufacturing company as the minimum with effective experience to manage people & team.
Bachelor degree or above in mechanics engineering.
Must have all-round Engineering knowledge (Mechanical and Electrical) previous experience of TPM implementation or operation is required.
Fluent English (including listening speaking reading and writing).
