Overview

The fundamental objectives of the Digital Manager are to support the agency with:

  • Lead the project management for search (Baidu) and social media (WeChat Red Douyin etc) including campaign launch daily operation and post buy
  • Management of client budgets through planning optimisation and review.
  • Ensuring planning processes are followed to produce best in class media plans. Take a strategic approach to ensure that the client/ KPIs are reached or exceeded.
  • Manage and motivate more junior members of the team sharing planning knowledge and developing their skills to ensure a high standard of output.
  • Work closely with the comms planning team being proactive to see how digital can be increased and collaborate with other digital specialist teams and the wider publisher team.
  • Lead the management of the client relationship for the paid media (search/social/display) business whilst supporting the client servicing team to deliver cross channel excellence

Requirements:

  • 3 4 years experience in performance marketing managing a multi-channel with case studies of success with both direct response and brand campaigns.
  • To understand the importance of attention to detail in all outputs and ensure that account processes are adhered to.
  • A good understanding of the strengths/weaknesses and core metrics of all media channels and hands-on experience in paid media interface operation
  • To be able to produce informative and inspiring client materials such as competitive analysis status reports and media recommendations
  • A proactive mindset to grow the client business and have experience in cultivating and managing junior members to grow
  • Previous experience of using industry media reporting tools and systems
  • Chinese native with fluent English

4. 管理并激励团队初级成员分享规划专业知识提升团队成员技能确保工作产出达到高标准
5. 与传播规划团队紧密协作积极探索数字营销业务的拓展空间同时联动其他数字专业团队及广泛的媒体合作方团队开展协同工作
6. 主导付费媒体搜索 / 社交 / 展示广告业务的客户关系管理协助客户服务团队实现跨渠道服务的优质交付

1. 具备34 年效果营销相关经验有跨渠道管理经历且拥有直接响应类及品牌类营销活动的成功案例
2. 重视各类工作产出的细节把控确保严格遵守客户账户管理流程
3. 深入了解各类媒体渠道的优劣势及核心指标具备付费媒体平台实操经验
4. 能够撰写内容详实具有说服力的客户材料如竞品分析报告项目状态报告及媒体投放建议方案等
5. 具备主动拓展客户业务的意识拥有培养及管理初级团队成员成长的相关经验
6. 有行业媒体报告工具及系统的使用经验
7. 英语流利者优先
