Saint Lukes North on Barry Road is seeking a Nursing Intern to join our is a great entry level position with on the job training available for an applicant that has completed the fundamental portion of their nursing program. This opportunity is also a great position for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that is looking for a supportive workplace to call will have the opportunitytohelp improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience by floating between departments as needed based on staffing and patient care needs. Shift Details: 12 hour shifts of choice (06:45am-7:15pm or 6:45pm-7:15am) 1 shift every 6 week rotation no weekend or holiday commitment
The Work:
Providespatient care under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Providesassistance with activities of daily living and care such as bathing personal hygiene elimination and toileting nutrition feeding hydration ambulation and positioning.
Anticipatesthe patients family needs in a proactive fashion.
Individualizesand modifiescare according to the patients needs.
Collaborateswith other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
