Financial Risk Management Manager Andinos

To support this mission Syngentas Finance Business Partnering team is seeking a Financial Risk Management Manager Andinos in Bogotá Colombia.

Accountabilities 

Credit and Collections

• Responsible for ensuring the companys financial health by managing credit risk defining credit policies and optimizing accounts receivable recovery.
• Supervises the team analyzes customer solvency and ensures positive cash flow through effective collection strategies.
• Acts as Credit Business Partner for commercial teams.
• Conducts field visits to clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Analyzes financial statements metrics industry trends and market conditions.

Treasury

• Responsible for managing liquidity cash flow banking relationships and financial risks for the Andean CU.
• Optimizes financial resources ensures compliance with obligations and defines investment and debt strategies to guarantee financial stability for the Andean CU.
• Manages and implements financial solutions for clients as well as for the CUs.

Qualifications :

Required  

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in finance with a strong emphasis on Credit management.
• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Knowledge of SAP.
