Job Summary
Job Title: Mammography Technologist
Location: Houston TX
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
Compensation: $65$72 per hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Houston TX. This role is responsible for performing high-quality mammographic imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The technologist will ensure patient safety comfort and strict adherence to all regulatory quality and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning while maintaining comfort privacy and safety
Operate mammography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Maintain compliance with all facility policies quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements
Accurately document procedures patient data and imaging results
Communicate effectively with patients radiologists and other healthcare professionals
Required Licensure & Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
ARRT Certification: R.T.(R)(M)
Texas MRT License issued by the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
