The HR Specialist will ensure full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience across our organization. This role is key to delivering mandatory HR projects (Equality Plan Digital Disconnection Protocol etc.) strengthening internal communication and fostering a positive inclusive workplace this role youll bring your analytical strength leadership experience and user-centric return youll join a fast-growing and highly collaborative team where you can directly influence digital strategy evolve our global web platform and create tangible impact across markets.

- Lead mandatory HR compliance projects under Spanish labor law
- Drive employee experience initiatives focused on engagement and well-being
- Create clear and effective internal communication content
- Support HR processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver HR initiatives
- Continuously improve HR policies practices and employee lifecycle processes
- Support labor-related matters and act as a point of contact for employees
More about you
- Degree in HR Psychology Labor Relations or similar
- Experience in employee experience internal communications or HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English language; native-level Spanish
