Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the finance and accounting functions of various entities by leading and managing the accounting team.
- Review monthly management accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare/review China consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including corporate policies.
- Managing external audit banking and business partners relationships.
- Managing queries from tax authorities from different jurisdictions
- Participation in annual budgetary and business planning exercise
- Provide financial leadership across the business to support business growth.
- Strengthening current internal control and processes and to look into process transformation.
- Lead or support local and corporate projects including any financial due diligence.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 12 years of accounting and statutory reporting experience and corporate governance compliance.
- Good knowledge of IFRS local accounting standards and group consolidation matters and local tax filing.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience in the renewable industry is preferred.
- Hands-on open creative and pro-active mentality and keen to work in a team
- Able to translate technical tax issues into practical business solutions
- Sound organizational skills and process driven mentally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Innovative self-motivated and detailed-oriented
- Committed to deliver excellent performance
