Job Summary
Objective
The reason is that one AME engineer has quitted from the CHQ Advance manufacturing planning CAPEX calculation organizing implementing and project cost control..
Main Responsibilities
- Design manufacturing plan for new projects define needed equipment for each process
- Calculate CAPEX budget for new projects quotation
- Create RFQs of new equipment and participate in supplier assessment responsible for conduct technical assessment
- Track new equipment installation and acceptance
- FEMA & initial operation instruction of production equipment
- Research existing manufacturing capacity and optimization
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timeline
- Maintain plant building and foundation
- Implement CAPEX plan and control the cost
Position Requirements
- Be familiar with HPDC process
- Well knowledge of Electronical/hydraulic/mechanical Technology
- ISO45001 /ISO14001/ISO50001 systems and IATF16949 Required
- Experience in manufacturing plant environment
