About the job

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be accountable for the development of corporate strategy and guidelines governing global base pay policy recognition pay ranges job architecture and grading
  • Ensure Global C&B Unit comprehends C&B policies and strategy provides advisory to the Global C&B Unit and other HR colleagues (incl. GHRBPs) on compensation & org/job design matters to enable SCBs strategy and objectives.
  • Work with senior leadership clusters and the HR community to ensure that compensation practices align with the organizations goals and values and they monitor industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive
  • Own the compensation annual processes strategy in alignment with the Global C&B team Performance and GHRBPs
  • Support with the preparation of Compensation Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • Masters Degree preferably in HR Economics Finance Business Administration Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting preferably in retail
  • Experience with Executive compensation
  • Knowledge of Mercer and Korn Ferry grading systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills being able to manage complex topics
  • Excellent English proficiency presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in performance management
  • Proficiency in Excel and Workday
  • Being a financial acumen is a plus
  • Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
