Role Overview

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Architect to lead the design and development of scalable secure and cloud-native enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise across full-stack development Oracle APEX backend services data platforms and modern UI/UX standards. The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with DevOps infrastructure and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable high-availability cloud-native applications aligned with enterprise technology strategies.

• Lead full-stack development using Oracle APEX Java JavaScript frameworks and modern backend services.

• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Develop and optimize complex business logic using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (packages procedures functions).

• Perform advanced Oracle APEX development including Universal Theme customization and Redwood design best practices.

• Provide Oracle APEX administration including workspace and user management performance monitoring schema maintenance and application lifecycle support.

• Install configure upgrade and manage Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to ensure secure and stable APEX deployments.

• Support Snowflake data warehouse development including databases schemas tables and views.

• Assist with ETL/ELT pipeline development to enable data integrations across platforms.

• Establish and enforce UI/UX standards focused on accessibility usability and responsive design.

• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on CI/CD pipelines cloud deployments and automated monitoring.

• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve application performance and service delivery.

• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application architecture and development.

• Advanced JavaScript expertise for validations dynamic UI interactions and real-time user experiences.

• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies:

  • JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3

  • Angular and/or React

• Robust backend development experience using:

  • Python Java Spring Boot

  • Python for API development and service integration

• Strong experience designing and developing Snowflake-based data solutions.

• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle APEX (24.1) with deep experience in Universal Theme and Redwood customization.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

• Experience working with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems architecture security controls and integration frameworks.
