Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for a Shift Team Coordinator in Brewing & Processing. Reporting to the Process Team Manager this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Process Team Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver people service quality and cost targets within the department while operating as a fully handson team member trained in core Brewing and Processing roles
• Provide SIC (Site Incident Controller) cover across the site ensuring the Emergency Response Team is in place each shift and fully trained to respond effectively
• Align all functions across the endtoend supply chain to ensure clarity on operational planning priorities and delivery expectations
• Drive conformance to standard operating speeds regularly review Vcurve standards and identify opportunities for performance improvement through chronoanalysis
• Act as deputy to the Process Team Manager with structured development toward a future PTM role when available (via a separate vacancy and application process)
• When covering the PTM role hold full shift responsibility for Brewing & Processing operations including people leadership safety and performance delivery
• Serve as the single point of contact for shiftrelated issues making decisions on process management resource allocation and workforce planning to ensure adherence to the production plan

Experience and Key Attributes required:

• Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment
• General Certificate in Brewing or working towards the qualification
• IT literacy (QC/SPC Word Excel)
• Have knowledge of the relevant Health Safety & Environmental considerations
• Understanding of right first time principles
• Full UK Working Rights Sponsorship is not available for this role.
