Are you a disciplined Acute Care specialist looking to transition your clinical rigor into the world of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private medicine We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-fidelity nursing aboard a premier vessel navigating the most prestigious waters of the Mediterranean.

The Mission

Your primary objective is the continuous health monitoring and personal care of a single VIP patient. As the vessel follows a curated summer itineraryvisiting elite destinations such as Santorini Cannes and the Amalfi Coastyou will ensure that clinical standards remain impeccable whether at anchor in Monaco or exploring the vibrant shores of Marbella.

The Medical Team

You will operate within a sophisticated multi-disciplinary medical unit designed for autonomy and excellence:

• Lead British Doctor: Providing 24/7 clinical governance and senior medical oversight.
  

• Specialist Physiotherapists: Working alongside the nursing team to optimize the patients physical rehabilitation and mobility.
  

• Western-Trained Nursing Team: A collaborative circle of elite peers ensuring continuity of care.
  

The Safety Protocol

To guarantee patient safety and protect staff well-being the vessel operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This structure ensures you always have a professional partner for clinical support and guarantees structured rest periods allowing you to maintain high-performance vigilance without burnout.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
  

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
  

• Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
  

• Profile: Absolute discretion professional adaptability and a demeanor suited to the high-stakes private sector.
