Start your career development and become Tetra Paks next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2026!

This is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

What you will do

As a Future Talent Supply Chain Planning Analyst you will:

  • Drive end-to-end activities to expand planning accuracy and optimization of material flows
  • Explore use cases for guided automated planning and application of machine learning for improved efficiency in planning operations
  • Improve our standard for Sales & Operations Planning for Business Unit Processing Solutions & Equipment
  • Cross-fertilize best practices and applications of planning methods across business streams
  • Work with Planners and Industrial Engineers in Production Centers and other stakeholders to enable Supply Network Planning and to build up new planning capabilities
  • Secure accurate timely and integrated collection of required inputs like available/estimated man-hours financial information forecast items opportunity value risks long term resource plans and material availability

We believe you have

  • Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or Industrial Management & Engineering graduated in 2025 or 2026
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit factories or suppliers and to take part in foreign trainings team building meetings etc.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good in using MS Office
  • Organized systematic and consistent result oriented with a strong personal drive
