Your future role

Take on a new challenge for a fixed period of 12 months and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

Youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our systems. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering operations and suppliers) ensure compliance with safety and security rules and provide critical support for technical investigations and much more.

Youll specifically take care of troubleshooting during pre-warranty and commissioning phases but also support the analysis and resolution of technical issues.

Well look to you for:

• Carrying out troubleshooting during pre-warranty and commissioning including investigation and repair
• Reporting and registering any deviations (failures/events) in the Failure Management database including configuration data
• Applying and enforcing Alstom and customer EHS and security rules as well as relevant PI
• Executing test and troubleshooting procedures to evaluate system performance and conducting failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair
• Supporting specific technical investigations by engineering teams or internal/external suppliers
• Ensuring effective information flow about interventions and operations within troubleshooting to support shift transitions
• Contributing to the Return of Experience process

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience or understanding of troubleshooting and repair processes
• Knowledge of system performance evaluation and failure analysis
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols in technical environments
• A strong commitment to following EHS standards
• English proficiency is a must; Danish language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
