TheAccounts ReceivableAnalystis a strategic leaderwhoexcels in a fast-paced agile corporate environment. This role demandsunrelentingfollow-through a curious nature versatility attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Chicago IL.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of resident accounts including reviewing foraccuracyresearchingand resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper application of operational revenue and accounting procedures.
- Lead current and former resident collection efforts including resident and guarantor communication managing repayment agreements and ensuringtimelyandaccurateplacement of accounts with third-party collection agencies whilemaintainingcompliance with state and local regulations.
- Conduct regularly scheduled audits toidentifydata discrepancies correct issues and verify adherence to company policies procedures and workflow standards.
- Collaborate with property teams Legal Property Accounting and other departments to resolve account issuesmaintain compliance provide training and support operational consistency.
- Review and approve designated resident charges;assistwith accounts receivable month-end procedures and supportbad debtreporting.
- Maintain non-revenue accounts master agreement ledgers and retail ledgers andassistwith related inquiries.
- Update system settings as needed to reflect policy or procedure changes and ensureaccuratereporting and data management.
- Prepare and deliver accounts receivable collections and operational reports asrequested.

What We Require
- College graduate with1-2 years of post-baccalaureate work experience in Real Estate or Property Management; experiencewith accounts receivable is a plus.
- Highly developed interpersonalwrittenand verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with PMS systems such as Entrata is a plus.
- Manages multiple projects and meets goals and deadlinestimelyand consistently.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Works well with all levels of management.
- Works well independently and as a member of various teams.
- Proactive by nature and successfully manages competingpriorities;requires minimal guidance toaccomplishgeneral tasks.
Operational Details
- Job location is based at Scions Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
