Deloitte helps organizations prevent cyberattacks and protect valuable assets. We believe in being secure vigilant and resilientnot only by looking at how to prevent and respond to attacks but at how to manage cyber risk in a way that allows you to unleash new opportunities. Embed cyber risk at the start of strategy development for more effective management of information and technology risks.

Your work profile

• Data Collection & Validation: Gather and consolidate operational incident and performance data from SOC tools ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting: Prepare daily weekly fortnightly monthly and quarterly MIS reports as per Clients requirements; generate periodic and ad hoc reports showcasing alert trends SLA performance and process insights.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop live dashboards and analytics reports on alert trends RCA quality shift management use case progress hunts and threat intel contributions.
• Automation: Automate repetitive reporting tasks and enable automated tracking of Cyber Defense tasks reminders and follow-ups for timely submission.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare executive-level dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI for leadership and regulatory audits.
• Performance Monitoring: Track SLA and performance metrics; highlight deviations and provide insights for corrective actions.
• Project Tracking: Monitor all Cyber Defense projects identify challenges and escalate delays proactively.
• Compliance Support: Generate ad hoc reports for leadership auditors and regulatory requirements ensuring first-time-right submissions.
• Data Analytics: Perform advanced analytics on SOC data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

Desired qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in information security Computer Science or a related field. A masters in business management is preferred.
• Experience: 8 years of exp in PMO / MIS Knowledge and certification on Power BI (PL300 certified preferred)
