Role Description

Role Summary

The Salesforce Technical Lead will own the endtoend technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions lead a team of developers and ensure best practices across configuration customization and integrations. Exposure to Health Cloud and/or healthcare & life sciences processes (patients HCPs programs compliance) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design estimation and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service/Experience/Health Cloud as applicable).
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical architectures data models and integration patterns.
• Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers/administrators; conduct code reviews and enforce coding security and performance best practices.
• Own endtoend SDLC on Salesforce: development unit testing CI/CD deployment and postrelease support.
• Collaborate with architects BAs QA and project managers to align technical delivery with scope timelines and quality standards.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (EHR/EMR data warehouse MDM middleware etc. where relevant).
• Stay current with Salesforce releases (including Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud and Einstein/AI features) and recommend adoption where valuable.

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• 710 years of overall IT experience with 5 years on the Salesforce platform in a developer / technical lead capacity.
• Strong handson expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components SOQL integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and platform configuration.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce delivery teams and owning technical workstreams in mediumtolarge projects.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security governor limits performance considerations and DevOps/CICD practices.

Nice-to-have skills

Nice to Have Healthcare & Life Sciences

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud (patient programs HCP engagement clinical or pharma workflows).
• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences regulatory/compliance concepts (HIPAA GDPR pharma marketing/compliance).
• Prior work on integrations with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR hubs safety/PV consent management etc.).

Qualifications

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); additional certifications such as Platform Developer II Application/Solution Architect or Health Cloud Accredited Professional are a plus.
