Lead and oversee daily departmental operations ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. As needed assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment ensuring cost-effective linen use. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within the luxury hotels
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Proven ability to lead motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
- Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/ hub OS
- Excellent time-management problem solving and organisational skills
