Are you a heavyweight hospitality professional with a track record of success in complex high-volume operations The Ettamogah is seeking a powerhouse Publican to lead this iconic multifaceted venue into its next chapter of success.
The Ettamogah is far more than a local pub; it is a high-profile destination featuring massive bistro volume extensive bar operations family entertainment and a bustling gaming room. This role demands a very experienced operator who can juggle the demands of a high-traffic tourist destination while maintaining the heart of a community local. If you are a commercial expert who thrives in a fast-paced complex environment this is your ultimate career move.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
- Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
