The Move-In Coordinator is the liaison to new Residents/families moving into our community delivering and ensuring the success of our ambassador program. This person works closely with our Director of Sales and Community Relations Executive Director and all department heads to ensure a seamless successful transition and warm welcome into our community. The Move-In Coordinator will also assist with calls tours event planning & execution and other tasks as assigned.
Full-Time hourly non-exempt position
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
- Schedules appointments and tours with potential residents upon request.
- Coordinates residents move-in move-out and in-house transfers.
- Maintains accurate daily census.
- Maintains accurate organized residents pre-admission move-in and discharge documentation.
- Maintains accurate organized documentation of apartment inspections and related work orders.
- Actively networks under the direction of the Director of Community Relations to ensure the Community is represented as an attractive long-term care option in the local community.
- Ensures that quality resident services are coordinated and delivered in accordance with Brandywine standards policies and procedures.
- Supports the social emotional and physical environment conducive to the best interests of all residents.
- Facilitates new residents integration as members of the Community.
- Assists residents individually and in small groups with transitioning to the Community.
Qualifications :
Physical Abilities
- While performing the duties of this job the associate is often required to stand walk sit use fine and gross motor skills reach with hands and arms balance stoop kneel crouch talk hear and smell.
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
