Position Summary
The Transaction Audit Clerk performs Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete. Associate will be working on-site at customers office in Rancho Cucamonga
Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Image documents for electronic filing
- Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors
Additional Notes:
- California Department of Motor Vehicles Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program approval is required. BPA Application Documents and Livescan fingerprinting are needed to obtain approval.
Qualifications
- A high level of attention to detail and results driven
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/focus
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
- High school diploma
- Strong data entry skills specifically in Windows and IOS environments
- Ability to identify document track and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
