Summary:

The Clerk 3 Fingerprinting provides clerical support to the Fingerprinting Department. This employee enters data into multiple database systems answers questions of providers and assists as needed with other service areas. DISTRICT EXPECTATIONS: All district employees must:

Responsibilities:
Enters and retrieves information into the screening and assessment database.

Enters and retrieves developmental screening information for children and provider.

Prepares developmental screening materials for providers and provider training.

Attends meetings training sessions and/or conferences related to School Readiness.

Codes classifies posts and consolidates information for involved reports; checks for required forms documents affidavits and number of copies; prepares vouchers showing status of accounts and payments.

Composes correspondence; determines necessity for dispatching form letters notices pamphlets brochures information bulletins title certificates reports vital statistics purchase orders and other correspondence of a similar or related nature.

Operates various business machines required in accomplishing assigned duties.

Compiles data and assist in the preparation of complex statistical analyses and reports.

Performs basic clerical functions including setting of appointments keyboarding note taking filing answering phone etc.

Performs basic computer skills such as keyboarding spreadsheets and presentation software.

Performs any other duties as assigned.
