We are looking for a
Business Engineer

(based in SWEP Sweden/Landskrona)

As aBusiness Engineer you will:

• Interact with customers at all levels and work in partnership to translate needs into actions. Act as SWEP representative at customers exhibitions conferences seminars and relevant events
• Execute product selection and quoting to support our market representatives
• Commercial and advanced technical support for all types of SWEP customers such as selections optimized from both technical and commercial aspects thermodynamic calculations customizing and claim processes
• Provide internal and external training in selection software program and in own field of expertise
• Evaluation of requests for material specifications and certifications: Lead and drive the admin work to ensure the information is provided and verified to meet customer requirements
• Be responsible and lead quality audits supporting customers visits at SWEP
• Self-driven in customer and market research
• Participate in SWEP internal projects and projects related to dedicated customers and act as a project leader when applicable and required
• Participate in implementing the setup of new products
• Keep up to date with new trends and technological developments in the market to continuously maintain and grow your business acumen and knowledge

We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:

• Analytical skills and good communication skills
• Self-driven and commercial/business-oriented skills
• Ability to create and develop networks both internal and external
• Ability to manage and lead projects and processes
• Some experience in a position with knowledge in heat transfer thermodynamics and relevant applications

You need to be fluent in English and Swedish language.

Fluency speaking in French/Italian/Spanish language is an advantage.

We also expect you are:

• Solution driven

You should also have:

• University degree or comparable education in technical engineering
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
