Who were looking for
Were looking for a Member of Technical Staff to help Qopla explore and build the next generation of intelligent product features.
This is a role for someone who is hungry driven and comfortable working in areas where not everything is defined yet. Youll help establish AI capabilities at Qopla and play a key role in shaping how machine learning is used across the product.
What youll work on
Youll be involved in designing building and iterating on AI-driven solutions for example:
Generative and ML-powered features for customer-facing products such as menu screens and visual content
AI-powered support and internal tooling potentially trained on Qoplas own data and customer interactions
Exploring whether solutions should be built from scratch or integrated with existing models and services
Helping define best practices trade-offs and technical direction for AI at Qopla
Your responsibilities
Design and build AI/ML features that can be used in production
Manage and lead various POCs and projects within AI/ML
Evaluate whether problems should be solved with existing models/services or custom-built solutions
Collaborate with engineers and product to ship features end-to-end
Qualifications
Mid-level to senior experience working with machine learning or applied AI
Experience building and shipping ML models or AI-based features
Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts and trade-offs
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work
Fluent in English
Bonus if you have
Experience with generative AI in production
Experience working in product-focused or startup environments
Swedish language skills
